  • surprisingly easy to type on
  • apps optimized
  • decent battery
  • solid performance
  • and a fairly uniform set of designs and features
  • ease and comfort of use
  • works quite well and is as functional as a Swiss pocketknife
  • The casing is clad completely in black and conveys a very discreet impression
  • particularly space-saving and points to a very low power consumption
  • The Asus logo on the front is very unobtrusive
  • It can be infinitely resized and offers all standard features

Cons

  • drop-off in quality
  • not to find a full-size USB port
  • it costs $50 in addition to the tablet
  • we struggled to frame shots in the Camera app
  • the camera might feel a bit slow
  • some programs may feel a bit sluggish
  • Fewer connections than some similar tablets
  • no Windows button on the tablet face
  • Windows 8-operating-system culture shock
  • could be a bit higher
  • lag slightly behind those of the Android or Apple competition
