Wonderful display
equally wonderful keyboard
sturdy hinges allow the lid to rotate 360 degrees
Strong performance on bench tests
an excellent device with plenty of features to keep you hooked for days
great device with a great price
that is pleasant to use and that is able to adapt to any type of use
The keyboard is pleasant to use
unique and interesting features
the laptop is solid and its industrial look is pleasant
Well-balanced hardware The Spin 13's hardware is very good
touchpad was equally satisfying to use and supports multi-touch gestures
Spin s keyboard and touchpad are also quite good
hasn t been built to meet a price point and performs remarkably well
better sound performance and enhancement
good size and very convenient to simply spin it
The keyboard is comfortable and backlit
it a look that is durable and traditional

slight heft can make this machine a little awkward to use in tablet mode
Sling Shot Extreme and Ice Storm
It no longer lacks apps
The processor is certainly weaker than the Chromebook Spin 13 s
the app either crashed or froze
Some Android apps still are not ready for prime time
keyboard has no numberpad or function row - not ideal for certain work tasks
slightly chunkier designs and 1080p screens
Tough Screen and a Tight Hinge The touch display
predictable lack of bass puts a damper on extended music playback
tall screen wobbling when bumped
slightly falling behind the Asus Chromebook Flip
not every Chrome OS laptop is capable of pulling this off
There s a lot to talk about the unit at hand
the size of the top and bottom bezels of the screen
the fans were almost constantly spinning in this model
lack of biometric authentication was one of our very few knocks against the last model
you can only purchase Spin 713 units without a fingerprint reader
that s currently available to purchase does not have a fingerprint scanner on it
The noise wasn t always annoying
do lack in bass
Too many are simply trying to capitalize on affiliate revenue
the sharp diamond cut at the edges is not the most practical
backlight though - it is not perfectly uniform or adjustable
does not track and analyze the internet surfing habits of its users
the speakers are always in the wrong place
there are no secondary buttons and no eraser
can't turn off the backlight on the keyboard
it will be limited to Full HD rather than 4K
no HDMI port
5kg it s a really heavy tablet
was a slight lag when app switching
older 7th-generation Intel Core processor and no stylus
a poor quality screen
the speakers are minuscule in size
